Business Development Officer OOH

About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Business Development Officer for the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector in Makkah. This full-time, field-based position focuses on expanding the company's presence within the Food Service street channel, which includes cafeterias, cafes, juice shops, restaurants, and catering companies. The role requires strong sales capabilities and effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers within the street channel segment to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to existing customers to strengthen relationships and increase sales volume.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the F&B segment and develop customer-specific strategies for long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high retention rates.
• Monitor sales performance and provide daily/weekly activity reports to the Food Service Sales Manager.
• Provide market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and product acceptance.
• Utilize CRM tools or reporting sheets to track customer interactions and sales funnel progression.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams for promotion execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of SADAFCO product lines and pricing structures.
• Educate new clients on product use, shelf-life, and food safety handling as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Demonstrated strong sales skills and market knowledge.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role within the Food Service sector, primarily focusing on the street channel in Makkah. The position requires active engagement with new and existing clients.
