Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Butler to join the team at Raffles Hotel Jeddah, located in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to delivering the world-class luxury and expert service that defines the Raffles brand. The hotel, adjacent to a residential tower, is committed to upholding high standards, special touches, and the trademark elegance expected by guests. Role Overview

The Butler is responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. This involves managing various aspects of guest room service, personal item care, and coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain the highest operational standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet all arriving guests and provide a detailed orientation of their rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate with room service for all food and beverage items served in rooms and the subsequent removal of used items.
• Coordinate the servicing of guest rooms and assist Housekeeping in cleaning and servicing all rooms to the required standard, ensuring standards are met.
• Maintain guests' personal items, clothing, and wardrobes in a clean and neat fashion throughout their stay.
• Collect, process, check, and deliver all guest valet requirements, including performing simple pressing of guest clothing as necessary.
• Unpack and pack guest luggage as requested.

Service Coordination and Support

• Ensure the Butler's pantry is maintained in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• Maintain stock and manage charges for in-suite bars.
• Assist guests with room and local information, making bookings and reservations as required.
• Provide assistance in other areas as needed, including restaurant, reception, luggage services, and back-of-house cleaning and maintenance.

Candidate Profile

Prospective candidates for the Butler position should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment. The role requires a strong commitment to service excellence and the ability to manage diverse guest needs efficiently and discreetly.

This full-time position is based at the Raffles Hotel Jeddah, situated in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
