About the Role

Remain Medical Group is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of an aesthetic clinic. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is crucial for maintaining operational and regulatory compliance while supporting the branch’s financial and service performance.

Role Objectives

This position is central to ensuring the efficient functioning of the clinic, upholding high standards of service delivery, and maintaining strict adherence to all relevant operational and regulatory requirements. The manager will play a key part in supporting the branch's financial health and enhancing its service performance within the competitive aesthetic services market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise department heads and monitor adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor branch revenue, review financial performance, and track progress against revenue targets in coordination with relevant departments.
• Oversee the branch’s compliance with requirements from the Ministry of Health and other government authorities.
• Manage branch licenses, regulatory requirements, inspections, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Address branch-level operational issues and escalate significant concerns to senior management.
• Oversee resource allocation and staff scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with physicians and team members to review performance, discuss challenges, and define necessary actions.
• Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive performance reports with recommendations.
• Enhance the branch’s online presence, particularly on Google Maps, by fostering a positive patient experience, encouraging genuine reviews, and ensuring professional responses to feedback.
• Follow up on patient complaints to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the position.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment. A proven track record in regulatory compliance and financial oversight is essential for success in this position.
