Bupa Arabia is seeking a Financial Planning & Performance Trainee to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This internship offers a foundational experience for individuals looking to gain practical exposure within a leading organization in the region.

The Financial Planning & Performance Internship

This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. The Trainee will support the Planning & Reporting team, assisting in the execution of day-to-day processes and developing a strong foundation in financial analysis and management reporting.

Core Responsibilities

The Financial Planning & Performance Trainee will contribute to key financial processes, including monthly forecasting, OPEX reporting, and supporting the Annual Operating Plan. Responsibilities will cover:

Monthly Forecast and OPEX Reporting Tasks

Assist in collecting and organizing actual financial data from the Financial Reporting and Commercial teams.
Support data validation and alignment checks against the income statement.
Help input and maintain data in forecasting model templates on a monthly basis.
Assist in consolidating data into the central forecast model and preparing draft outputs for review.

Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support Tasks

Support the preparation and distribution of AOP submission templates to various departments.
Assist in consolidating departmental inputs into the central AOP model.
Help reconcile AOP submissions against historical actuals and the latest forecasts.
Track outstanding submissions and follow up with departments regarding missing or incomplete data.
Assist in preparing review materials and presentation decks for senior leadership sessions.

This internship is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, providing a foundational entry into financial planning and performance within a corporate environment.
