About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Copywriter to join their team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is dedicated to developing and writing comprehensive training and educational content based on defined learning objectives. The Copywriter will create various learning materials and collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to ensure the production of high-quality, clear, and consistent content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and write training and educational content aligned with specific learning objectives.
Create diverse learning materials, including training manuals, participant guides, workbooks, presentations, e-learning content, and learning activities.
Conduct thorough research and gather information from reliable sources and subject matter experts.
Simplify complex or technical information, transforming it into clear and easy-to-understand content for learners.
Develop practical examples, case studies, scenarios, exercises, quizzes, and assessment questions.
Collaborate effectively with trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers.
Review, edit, and proofread content meticulously to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency across all materials.
Regularly update training content to maintain its relevance and accuracy.
Provide support for the development of digital learning content and online training materials as required.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are seeking a professional with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in developing and writing training or educational materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to simplify complex information and present it in an engaging and learner-friendly manner. Knowledge of adult learning principles is preferred for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a collaborative team environment, focusing on the delivery of high-quality educational content.
