Key Responsibilities

The Demi Chef de Partie Pastry will be responsible for:

• Preparing dishes: Seasoning, cooking, and testing dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervising the junior kitchen team: Overseeing line cooks and providing support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness: Keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination.
• Ensuring food quality and storage compliance: Monitoring ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
