About the Role

Binzagr CO-RO LTD. is seeking an HSE Technician to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to maintaining a secure and compliant operational environment across all company sites.

Role Overview

The HSE Technician is responsible for contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment across all buildings and sites of Binzagr CO-RO LTD. This position involves close collaboration with the existing HSE team to ensure adherence to safety standards and continuous improvement of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across the organization.
• Promote compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential health and safety risks, supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal audits and risk assessments related to HSE, GMP, and other quality systems.
• Support the maintenance of ISO 45001 and other relevant management system requirements.
• Assist in delivering HSE awareness and safety training programs to employees.
• Monitor and report HSE performance, incidents, near misses, and safety observations, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment role.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
