About the Role

Biopharma-MEA is seeking a Key Account Manager Nephrology to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to executing strategic directions and achieving company goals by ensuring product access for healthcare professionals within the nephrology field.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to meet key performance indicators for executing strategic directions and goals. This is achieved by promoting and providing access to Biopharma-MEA products for healthcare professionals, in strict adherence to company guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory through meticulous planning and execution of field activities, including coverage, frequency, and Doctors' group meetings, with proper reporting as guided by the sales manager.
• Conduct account mapping to identify relevant stakeholders who can recognize and act on patients' unmet medical needs, ensuring the effective implementation of various functional plans.
• Engage customers by effectively utilizing Biopharma-MEA values, disease area knowledge, product expertise, skills, and allocated resources to identify and satisfy unmet patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy execution, contributing to successful product launches and patient access to medication.
• Execute the appropriate call flow to the relevant customer segments.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Represent the Company, team, and personal image professionally at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, and applicable state and national laws.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on nephrology or related therapeutic areas.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular field activities within the assigned territory.
