Role in the Maintenance Team

The Mechanical Technician contributes directly to the operational continuity of APICO's production facilities. This involves executing planned maintenance activities, responding to mechanical issues, and collaborating with other technical teams. The role is integral to upholding safety standards and maintaining the efficiency of all mechanical systems and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain various mechanical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend operational lifespan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults efficiently to restore equipment functionality.
• Install new machines, components, and mechanical systems according to specifications.
• Align and calibrate mechanical parts, including shafts, bearings, and gears, ensuring precision.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere strictly to established safety protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and comprehensive maintenance history.
• Coordinate with electrical and automation teams to address and resolve complex technical issues collaboratively.

Required Experience
