We are seeking a Merchandiser Team Leader to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Role Summary

The Merchandiser Team Leader is responsible for analyzing product sales data and providing strategic recommendations to management to address low sales performance. This includes proposing adjustments to product displays, optimizing product placement within retail locations, and overseeing the overall performance of the Merchandisers team. The role requires a proactive approach to merchandising and team management to ensure optimal product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor calls on specific OT outlets in accordance with the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products within assigned OT stores across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Manage the strategic placement of Point of Sale (POS) materials adjacent to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised strictly according to approved planograms.
• Implement product rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method and promptly remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain a clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report on competitive activities observed in the market.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns as required.
• Maintain an appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in merchandising or team leadership within the consumer goods industry. This full-time position requires a proven ability to manage merchandising operations, analyze sales data, and lead a team effectively.
