We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will lead the company's production operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of manufacturing objectives. This role involves overseeing all production activities, guaranteeing that manufacturing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with established production plans. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading production teams, optimizing manufacturing performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across the manufacturing facility.
• Develop production schedules that meet customer demand and operational capacity.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor equipment utilization and production performance.
• Develop production KPIs and management reports.
• Manage production budgets and workforce planning.
• Lead employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing optimization projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement is essential. A strong understanding of quality, safety, and environmental standards, along with experience in Lean Manufacturing principles, is required.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in our manufacturing facility located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on achieving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth objectives through efficient and high-quality production.
