The Role: Projects Manager

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking a Projects Manager to lead and oversee high-rise tower projects in Makkah. This full-time position involves managing the execution of mega-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Projects Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to manage the delivery of progress and construction works.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish and ensure the proper execution of effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Work directly with subcontractors, manage and compare proposals, and advise on optimal options to run the project as scheduled.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
• Coordinate and follow up with the procurement department and vendors to ensure timely provision of required materials with specified quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is structured to reflect individual efforts and contributions, with no predefined limits on earning potential.
