About FNRCO and the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing the internal handover process of projects, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition from construction to property management operations.

Role Purpose and Context

The Property Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the internal handover of projects from the construction phase to property management. This role ensures that all units, systems, and accompanying documentation are delivered in strict accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and established timelines. The specialist acts as a primary liaison between the engineering, construction, and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Ensure all units are inspected thoroughly and meet specified quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify all handover documentation, including architectural drawings, operational manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report any defects, then follow up with relevant teams to ensure their timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and comprehensive reports detailing handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure full compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure all identified items are closed before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition of assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or a closely related field.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience in handover processes or facility/property management is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality standards is preferred.
