The Opportunity: Senior Real Estate Valuer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Valuer to take a leading role in our valuation work and contribute to the growth of the business. This is a senior, high-impact position for a technically strong professional who takes ownership of assignments and delivers to the highest standards. The successful candidate will handle valuation assignments across a wide range of asset classes, leading financial modeling and market analysis, coordinating site inspections, and ensuring every report meets regulatory and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead valuation assignments from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Manage project timelines across assigned valuation projects.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on client quotations.
• Write and review valuation reports in both English and Arabic.
• Mentor and review the work of junior analysts.
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up to secure and retain business.
• Support business development initiatives to grow revenue and market presence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate valuation.
• Proficiency across all valuation approaches: Cost, Market, and Income.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and business development skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in feasibility studies and highest and best use analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to support modeling and analysis.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role supports clients across key cities including Makkah and Riyadh. Salary will be disclosed during the interview process.
