About the Property Appraiser Role

Ejadah Professional is seeking a Property Appraiser to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, specifically in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires an individual with 0-1 years of experience in property appraisal.

Core Responsibilities

The Property Appraiser will be responsible for conducting thorough property appraisals. This includes the collection and analysis of relevant market data to support valuation conclusions. A key aspect of the role involves preparing detailed and objective appraisal reports that adhere to all applicable regulatory and professional standards.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Maintain daily records and files for all appraisal activities.
• Follow up on internal client cases related to property appraisals.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of appraisal methodologies and best practices within the team.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing property appraisals and market trends.

Required Qualifications and Knowledge

Candidates should possess a broad and extensive knowledge of real estate principles and appraisal methodologies. A strong understanding of the dynamics of the local market is essential. The ability to conduct comprehensive property appraisals, gather accurate data, and articulate the legal and financial aspects associated with property valuations is required.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in using appraisal software and general computer programs, including generating tables, appraisal models, and writing reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
• Fluency in English is considered a beneficial asset.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence at the workplace.
