Role Overview:As the Procurement Service Tower Manager, you will:
- Manage daily operations for procurement processes and collaborate with various teams.
- Oversee team performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Enhance procurement strategies and manage contract negotiations.
- Evaluate procurement team transactions to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Develop the skills of the procurement team and enhance stakeholder relationships.
- Operations Management: Oversee operational delivery and manage procurement processes effectively.
- Process Enhancement: Create and implement best practices for procurement.
Required Skills:- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities and insight into procurement strategies.
- Proficiency in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, or procurement.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
