Join Al-Fahhad Zegwaard Co. as a Procurement Manager!
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key player in one of the subsidiaries of TWAIK Holding Group, you will ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with operational needs.
  • Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers, maintain vendor databases, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Purchasing & Execution: Oversee timely procurement of fleet spares, rental equipment, PPEs, and capital equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a small team of buyers and assistants, providing guidance and setting KPIs.
  • ERP & Data Management: Implement procurement processes through the ERP system, analyze data for insights.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Collaborate with Finance to align procurement with budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to policies and legal standards, conducting audits and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 710 years of procurement experience, preferably in service-oriented industries.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

الهدف العام للوظيفة:
ضمان توفير المواد، المعدات، والخدمات الفنية اللازمة للمشاريع بأعلى جودة، وفي الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية، مع مراعاة المواصفات الفنية وشروط العقود.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • التخطيط والمتابعة:
    تحليل احتياجات المشاريع من المواد والمعدات بالتنسيق مع المهندسين ومديري المشاريع. إعداد خطة مشتريات زمنية حسب الجدول الزمني للمشروع. إعداد وتنفيذ جداول تتبع حالة الطلبات والمشتريات (Procurement Logs).
  • إعداد طلبات الشراء (PRs):
    مراجعة طلبات الشراء الواردة من المشاريع. التأكد من وضوح الكميات والمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة قبل بدء عملية الشراء.
  • التواصل مع الموردين والمصنّعين:
    البحث عن موردين مؤهلين محليًا ودوليًا خبرة بالسوق السعودي. إرسال طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQs) ومقارنة الأسعار.
  • التفاوض والعقود:
    التفاوض على أفضل الشروط التجارية والفنية. إعداد ومراجعة عقود التوريد.
  • إصدار أوامر الشراء (POs):
    إعداد أوامر الشراء واعتمادها من الإدارة المختصة وإرسال الأوامر للموردين.
  • متابعة التوريد والتسليم:
    متابعة جداول التسليم والتأكد من الالتزام بالمواعيد.
  • الجودة والمطابقة الفنية:
    تنسيق الفحص الفني للمواد المستلمة والتأكد من مطابقة المواد للمواصفات.
  • الدعم الفني والتقارير:
    تقديم تقارير دورية عن وضع المشتريات لكل مشروع.
  • تحسين وتطوير العمليات:
    المشاركة في تقييم أداء الموردين وتحسين قواعد بيانات الموردين والمصنعين.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • معرفة جيدة بمواد البناء والمعدات الهندسية وفهم للمواصفات الفنية والمخططات.
  • مهارات تفاوض قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المشتريات.
