The Role: SMP Administration

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SMP Administration professional to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves comprehensive support for recruitment and administrative processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Perform candidate screening and shortlisting.
• Coordinate stakeholder and vendor management activities.
• Handle recruitment reporting and tracking.
• Oversee onboarding and pre-employment coordination.
• Validate contracts and invoices.
• Manage compensation and offer processes.
• Coordinate CRPO preparation and approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant administrative or recruitment support role.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to process compliance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
