About Basri Developments

Basri Developments is expanding its real estate team and is seeking a Sales Consultant to contribute to its growth. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering both Jeddah and Makkah cities.

The Role of Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales and client relationships within the real estate market. This role requires an individual who is results-driven and capable of achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle property sales and negotiate deals with clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Stay updated with current real estate market trends and new developments.
Conduct cold calling and actively generate new business opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients through multiple channels.
Arrange and attend client meetings and property site visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, with a passion for the field and confidence in building client relationships. Motivation by targets and commissions is essential for this role.
