Role Overview

Matrix Intelligence is seeking a Sales Executive (Odoo ERP) to join its sales team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and reports directly to the Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified sales opportunities, conducting client visits, and supporting the sales process through contract closure. Strong Odoo ERP knowledge, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to develop business relationships in the Saudi market are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct client visits.
Research potential customers, identify key decision-makers, and establish relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and site visits to understand customer business operations, challenges, and ERP requirements.
Present Odoo ERP solutions, explain their capabilities, and demonstrate how they can address customer needs.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and implementation timelines.
Coordinate with presales and technical teams to arrange Odoo demonstrations, assess customer requirements, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Follow up with prospective customers, handle sales objections, support negotiations, and contribute to successful contract closure.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using Odoo CRM, including customer information, meetings, activities, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify additional business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets related to qualified leads, client meetings, sales opportunities, and revenue.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential ERP opportunities across different industries.
Provide regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts to the Business Development Executive.
Work closely with the Business Development Executive to implement sales strategies, prioritize target customers, and achieve business development objectives.

Performance Indicators

Performance for this role will be evaluated based on the following metrics:

Number of new qualified leads generated.
Number of qualified client meetings and site visits completed.
Number and value of sales-qualified opportunities.
Sales pipeline growth and opportunity conversion rates.
Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Revenue generated from successfully closed contracts.
Accuracy and consistency of CRM records, sales activities, and reporting.
