The Role of a Sales Representative

AmCan International Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and expanding the distribution footprint for our portfolio of specialty wellness products across designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, forecast, and collection targets within designated territories.
• Maintain high forecast accuracy and contribute effectively to demand planning cycles.
• Provide detailed training to store pharmacists, salesmen, and trainers on the full brand portfolio (*, Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, BASIX), highlighting key selling points and customer target segmentation.
• Meet with purchasers and business owners to align on monthly expectations and required actions.
• Ensure planogram compliance, product availability, and visibility across all accounts.
• Manage the re-allocation of stock across accounts to prevent legacy stock accumulation.
• Monitor and report on shelf prices, expiry dates, promotional activations, and competitor activities, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Implement and maintain all Point of Sale Materials (POSM) throughout the trade channels.
• Ensure all company brands are listed and actively sold across every account.
• Open new accounts to expand distribution across the Western, Southern, and Northern regions, including regular coverage of remote areas such as Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Tabuk, Abha & Khamis, Jizan & Najran, as per agreed frequency.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly plans and reports on schedule, and finalize monthly orders within agreed cut-off dates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3–4 years of field sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in sports nutrition, consumer health supplements, or FMCG.
• Solid knowledge of the KSA retail landscape, including pharmacies, supplement stores, gyms, hypermarkets, and gas stations.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and a transferable Iqama.
• Existing relationships within the fitness and gym channel are advantageous.

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Comfortable with reporting tools and proficient in Excel-based follow-up.
• A background or genuine interest in sports nutrition and fitness.
• Results-driven, self-managed, and comfortable working across multiple cities and remote areas.
• Strong communication and detailing skills.

Work Location and Environment

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires extensive travel and coverage of remote areas across the Western, Southern, and Northern regions of KSA. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, full-time field sales environment, engaging directly with a diverse range of retail partners and customers.
