About the Role

Nestlé is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Makkah, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is integral to supporting the sales function by preparing and providing essential sales data, along with insightful analysis and actionable suggestions to drive business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly sales targets by salesperson and facilitate the calculation of sales force incentives.
• Maintain and update sales forecast tools, including MBPC, MIP, and Ladder sheets, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Generate daily and ad-hoc reports and analyses to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations effectively.
• Consolidate all customer sell-out and stock-on-hand reports within our built-in file specifically for e-commerce operations.
• Prepare all necessary data and templates for monthly meetings and actively participate in key Sales team meetings, such as MFRs and QBRs.
• Maintain accurate customer data in coordination with Finance & Control, Channel Managers, and Nestlé Business Services.
• Create and maintain a unified listing template for e-commerce customers, ensuring it includes descriptions, weights, pack shots (if available), and other required details.
• Track Master Data update requests and ensure all account information is accurately maintained and up-to-date, addressing potential issues from incorrect order forms that could lead to sales loss due to wrong costs, item codes, or barcodes.
• Support cross-functional follow-up with relevant stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales support, data analysis, or similar administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze sales data effectively, providing clear insights and suggestions.
• Proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and generating comprehensive reports for management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in using sales forecasting tools and various data management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, crucial for accurate data entry, report generation, and master data maintenance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with operational scope extending to Jeddah. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams, finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and continuous sales operations.
