Role Overview

MECCA Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (IC) for its Sorrento store located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in guiding the team to deliver high standards of customer experience.
Lead store operations, driving success through continuous training, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to develop an effective team.
Engage and motivate the in-store team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold company values.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated experience managing a large format retail environment.
Ability to inspire and educate large teams.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in coaching and mentoring, with a focus on team member development.
Genuine interest in people and a dedication to fostering a positive team member experience.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a retail management capacity. This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
