We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures service continuity and alignment between supply, demand, and financial commitments. The manager will support the end-to-end planning process, drive forecast accuracy, manage inventory levels, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of business plans and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process to ensure a complete and accurate demand statement across a 28-month planning horizon.
Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans.
Coordinate with the Regulatory department and other key stakeholders to manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements, including SFDA regulations.
Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Support new product launches, including forecasting and distribution planning.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Support order processing, including new order communication, troubleshooting shipment requests, product grouping, and order amendments resulting from supply review.
