We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures service continuity and alignment between supply, demand, and financial commitments. The manager will support the end-to-end planning process, drive forecast accuracy, manage inventory levels, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of business plans and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process to ensure a complete and accurate demand statement across a 28-month planning horizon.
• Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans.
• Coordinate with the Regulatory department and other key stakeholders to manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements, including SFDA regulations.
• Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Support new product launches, including forecasting and distribution planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Support order processing, including new order communication, troubleshooting shipment requests, product grouping, and order amendments resulting from supply review.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time Supply Chain Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
