Role Overview

The Survey Engineer will play a crucial role in various stages of project execution, from initial planning and design support to on-site surveying and technical documentation. This position requires a professional with practical experience and a strong understanding of surveying principles and tools, capable of working both independently in the field and collaboratively within a technical office environment.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions

• Applying practical experience directly to infrastructure and road projects.
• Performing technical office works, including contributions to engineering design processes.
• Conducting quantity surveying and precise quantity calculations for project components.
• Preparing, reviewing, and accurately interpreting both shop drawings and survey drawings.
• Executing practical field surveying tasks with a high degree of independence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated practical experience in infrastructure and road projects.
• Strong experience in technical office works and engineering design.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying and quantity calculations.
• Strong practical field experience, with the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of all standard surveying equipment and instruments.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant surveying, engineering, and design software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the contracting industry, requiring presence in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role demands a professional who can adapt to both office-based design and calculation tasks, as well as hands-on field operations.
