About the Role

Highest Talent Ltd is seeking a dedicated Van Sales Executive to join its sales department. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is central to the direct sales and distribution of company products. The executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing cash collections within assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and distribute company products through van operations, adhering to approved routes and sales plans.
• Achieve assigned targets for sales, product distribution, and cash collection.
• Collect cash payments from customers and ensure the accurate issuance of invoices and receipts.
• Maintain precise records of cash collections, sales invoices, and daily settlements.
• Ensure the safety and security of cash, company products, and van assets at all times.
• Load, unload, and arrange products within the van in accordance with company standards.
• Visit assigned customers daily and cultivate strong business relationships.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets where applicable.
• Adhere to company procedures for cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation processes.
• Report sales results, market feedback, and customer issues to the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a van sales or direct distribution role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a base monthly salary of 4500 SR. Additionally, a monthly incentive of up to 2000 SR is provided, contingent upon performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position. The primary operational areas are within Jeddah and Makkah, located in Saudi Arabia.
