Role Overview

Apparel Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser (Female) to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to enhancing the brand's in-store presence and product promotion. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and implementing visual concepts, as well as training store teams on effective merchandising practices.

Key Visual Merchandising Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position involves ensuring consistent brand image and presentation standards across all retail spaces. Responsibilities include:

• Developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts to promote the brand, products, and services in-store.
• Training and coaching the store team to perform merchant-based visual merchandising tasks.
• Managing daily, weekly, and seasonal visual merchandising activities.
• Ensuring brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in both windows and in-store by creating eye-catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.
• Implementing brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinating store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Developing floor plans to maximize visual impact and arranging merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guides.
• Documenting every change made in merchandise displays through photographs.
• Utilizing creative lighting for window displays.
• Maximizing the placement of new lines and re-merchandising the store as new trends emerge.
• Creating store layouts according to product categories and ensuring proper merchandising of all items.
• Collecting reviews and feedback on merchandise displays.

Operational and Collaborative Duties

In addition to core visual merchandising tasks, this role involves collaboration with various teams to achieve business objectives and maintain brand standards. Key duties include:

• Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.
• Collaborating with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Participating in the pre-opening phases of new stores and conducting timely visits to ensure brand standards are properly implemented and followed.
• Conducting research on current market trends and lifestyle to inform visual merchandising strategies.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess foundational experience in visual merchandising or a related field.

• 0-1 years of experience in visual merchandising.

This is a full-time position with Apparel Group, based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement in store environments and collaboration with various internal teams.
