About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of dining outlets to ensure memorable guest experiences and uphold service excellence. The position is based in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory management, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
Ensure food presentation meets established standards and monitor cost and portion controls.
Supervise and develop team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition to foster a productive work environment.
Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and coaching of new team members.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant food and beverage management role.
Demonstrated passion for hospitality.
Ability to act with integrity and uphold ethical standards.
Proven leadership capabilities and ability to inspire others.
Commitment to teamwork and collaborative outcomes.
