About the Role

United Group is seeking a Business Applications Senior Sales Logistics & Procurement professional to serve as the IT focal point for the Sales, Logistics & Procurement business domain. This full-time role is based in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and involves close partnership with business stakeholders to enhance processes and support strategic transformation initiatives across the Group.

Role Context and Impact

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale SAP initiatives, system integrations, and business transformation projects within a growing manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in improving business processes and delivering SAP enhancements.

Key Accountabilities

Lead functional analysis and solution design for SAP Sales, Logistics, and Procurement processes.
Configure and enhance SAP and related business applications.
Partner with business users to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Support strategic initiatives including SAP landscape harmonization, SalesBuzz integration, Weighbridge integration, Fleet Management, Process automation, and Enterprise integrations.
Coordinate with external AMS partners and implementation consultants.
Support testing, deployments, and production releases.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ensure proper documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, with work primarily conducted in Jeddah or Makkah. The role involves working within a manufacturing organization, focusing on IT solutions for sales, logistics, and procurement.
