About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position dedicated to managing financial controls and reporting within our dynamic operational framework.

Role Purpose

The Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of control aspects during new system implementations and projects. This position oversees day-to-day financial operations for assigned Distribution Centers (DCs) and collaborates closely with sales teams to achieve operational excellence, including supporting sales go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the control framework during the implementation of new systems or projects.
• Coordinate and execute monthly field closing activities for Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Support reviews of bad debt and legal status to mitigate financial risks.
• Oversee daily financial operations for designated Distribution Centers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with sales go-to-market strategies.
• Support supply chain I2C (Inquiry to Cash) activities.

Control and Oversight

This role is responsible for ensuring robust control over various operational partners and channels. This includes oversight of 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockiest, and distributors. Regular market visits are conducted to monitor performance and compliance. The supervisor will also perform AR aging reviews and evaluate CCPFs (Customer Contribution & Profitability Factors) requests to maintain healthy sales and effective financial performance.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

The position involves utilizing dashboards and conducting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reviews to generate key insights. These insights are crucial for leadership, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement across financial and operational functions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in control, reporting, or financial operations, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or distribution environment.
