About the Role

Jumeirah Jabal Omar is seeking a Commis 1 to join the Kitchen team in Makkah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
• Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and meat as required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cutting, seasoning, and marinating various meats.
• Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces, focusing on detail and presentation.
• Adhere to established recipes and plating guides to exact specifications.
• Ensure proper stocking of food items in refrigerators and freezers.
• Document inventory of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
