F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join the team in Makkah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive food and beverage service. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and involves direct interaction with guests in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their meal experience is positive.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.

Operational Duties

• Ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visual verification.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
