The Food and Beverages Order Taker plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing efficient and attentive service. This position involves ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery, contributing directly to the overall hospitality experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and daily specials to confidently assist guests with inquiries.
• Process food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure prompt delivery of completed orders.
• Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and well-organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.
