About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role involves providing food and beverage service to guests, contributing to a positive guest experience within the hotel environment. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly manner and identify opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Acquire knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests and answer inquiries accurately.
• Process food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery of completed orders.
• Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and organized.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member well-being.
