Role Overview

Alsulaiman Group is seeking a Group Marketing Leader to execute the marketing strategy across its diverse portfolio of businesses. This full-time role is central to driving commercial growth, strengthening brand equity, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The Marketing Leader will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including brand management, campaigns, communications, media, partnerships, and performance optimization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role translates business needs into impactful marketing strategies that support growth across multiple brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of the marketing strategy and annual integrated marketing plans across the business portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth ambitions.
Translate business strategies into actionable marketing initiatives through close partnership with business leaders and cross-functional teams (Commercial, Sales, Operations, Customer Engagement, Expansion, Digital, and other corporate functions).
Oversee the end-to-end planning, development, execution, and governance of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across all relevant channels and touchpoints.
Ensure consistent reflection of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions in all marketing activities, adhering to each brand's identity and visual standards.
Define target audiences by leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business data to develop effective marketing strategies.
Establish annual marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, product launch plans, and activation priorities to ensure effective planning and timely execution.
Manage external agency partners, including creative, media, digital, social media, and production, ensuring high-quality delivery and value creation.
Deliver on marketing KPIs, monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze marketing and business performance, and drive continuous optimization through data-driven decision-making.
Prepare executive marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, providing clear visibility on marketing performance, business impact, risks, and opportunities.
Foster collaboration across business units to identify opportunities for integrated campaigns, shared capabilities, knowledge sharing, and marketing best practices.
Define and lead partnership opportunities that drive commercial and brand value aligned with annual plans and objectives.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging marketing technologies, AI capabilities, digital platforms, and innovative marketing approaches to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
