About the Hostess Role at Hilton

Key Responsibilities

The Hostess is responsible for ensuring an excellent Guest and Member experience through various tasks performed to the highest standards. Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of all menu offerings and products.
• Following correct reporting procedures for any issues encountered.
• Adhering to Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting callers courteously and promptly, taking legible and accurate messages, and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
• Possessing a good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
