Role Overview

As a Hostess at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences, you will be responsible for creating positive first impressions and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, focusing on making every guest feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to establish a positive first impression of the restaurant.
• Efficiently manage table allocations, waiting lists, and guest requests to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide assistance with guest inquiries and accommodate special requests to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to maintain seamless communication and a cohesive guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area, ensuring all menus and host stand materials are presentable.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, upholding high standards for guest and team member well-being.
