About the Hostess Role at Leylaty Group

Leylaty Group is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. The Hostess acts as the primary point of contact for guests, managing their initial interaction with the establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
Handle reservations and guest inquiries accurately.
Maintain effective communication with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure guests are seated according to restaurant procedures, especially during busy periods.
Maintain a professional appearance and keep reception and waiting areas organized.
Handle guest requests or concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with restaurant management and the service team to uphold high service standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of previous experience in a hostess, front-of-house, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
