About the Role

Hilton is seeking a full-time Human Resources Officer to join its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role provides essential support to the HR department managers, contributing to the overall efficiency and positive atmosphere within the hotel. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Human Resources Officer plays a crucial role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This position involves providing direct assistance to guests, applicants, and team members, delivering professional and courteous service that reflects the standards of hospitality. The officer will help maintain the smooth functioning of the HR department through various administrative and communicative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front office support, including welcoming and assisting guests, applicants, and team members with prompt and professional service.
Support daily office operations by performing administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying for the HR department.
Manage departmental communication, which includes handling phone calls, processing emails and mail, and coordinating meetings.
Organize and manage travel arrangements and bookings for HR department managers.
Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
