The Role: Human Resources Specialist

Leajlik Salon is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting various HR functions. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, offering a supportive environment for professional development within the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations.
• Support recruitment processes and onboard new team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies.
• Coordinate employee benefits.
• Support performance and personnel management activities.
• Respond to staff inquiries and support conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with salon management to ensure staffing needs are met and HR practices align with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and workforce support.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies in alignment with local labor regulations and company standards.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
• Experience in Personnel Management, including performance support, employee relations, and record-keeping.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software or systems and basic proficiency in office productivity tools.
