The Role

Basamh Group is seeking a Key Account Management Senior Manager to join its team. This full-time position involves leading strategic key account growth within the FMCG distribution market across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, profitability, and long-term partnerships, ensuring alignment with company commercial objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Key Account strategy aligned with company sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to ensure high performance and capability growth.
• Own and drive annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major retail and wholesale customers.
• Negotiate annual contracts, trading terms, promotions, and commercial agreements with key customers.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities through assortment expansion, distribution gains, and category development.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
• Analyze customer performance, market trends, and competitor activities to shape account strategies.
• Ensure effective promotional planning, trade investment optimization, and ROI tracking.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within key accounts.
• Drive excellence in execution across pricing, visibility, availability, and in-store activation.
• Monitor sales forecasts and demand planning to ensure product availability and minimize stock issues.
• Lead business reviews and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial governance, and contractual obligations.
• Support digital transformation and data-driven selling initiatives within the key accounts function.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s is preferred.
• E-commerce relevant experience.
