About the Role

Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Leasing Specialist to manage comprehensive leasing activities for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This full-time position is central to attracting prospective tenants, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring tenant satisfaction while optimizing property revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily leasing operations and foster positive tenant relations.
• Market available properties through diverse channels to attract prospective tenants.
• Conduct property tours and respond promptly to all leasing inquiries.
• Screen and evaluate applicants, including thorough background and credit checks.
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in strict accordance with company policies.
• Ensure timely rent collection and diligently follow up on any outstanding payments.
• Address tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance teams to ensure properties are consistently in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, contracts, and essential documentation.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategic approaches to improve occupancy rates.
• Ensure full compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or the broader real estate sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant property management systems.
• Professional certification in real estate or leasing is considered advantageous.
