About the Leasing Specialist Role
RASF is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties to support occupancy and revenue targets. The role involves attracting prospective tenants, efficiently completing leasing transactions, and ensuring a high-quality leasing experience while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and qualifying prospective tenants, assisting them in selecting suitable residential or commercial units.
- Managing the entire leasing process, from lease term negotiation through contract execution and unit handover.
- Preparing and reviewing lease agreements to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements before signing.
- Monitoring lease schedules, rental payments, and renewal dates.
- Accurately recording and maintaining all leasing transactions and tenant information within Property Management and CRM systems.
- Conducting property tours and unit viewings for prospective tenants.
- Coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
- Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Supporting marketing initiatives to promote vacant units and increase occupancy rates.
- Preparing periodic reports on leasing performance and occupancy.
- Monitoring tenant compliance with lease terms and contractual obligations.
- Contributing to the enhancement of the tenant experience and the improvement of leasing processes and service quality.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Property and Leasing Manager within the scope of the role.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or a related field.
- Possession of a Real Estate Broker License issued by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), or currently in the process of obtaining one.
- Experience utilizing Property Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- English proficiency is considered an advantage.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
