About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Marketing Team Lead to join our full-time team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can effectively guide marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a marketing team, managing campaigns, and ensuring effective content creation and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging marketing content across relevant digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Implement marketing plans and contribute to achieving marketing targets.
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM systems and maintain accurate customer data.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Monitor campaign budgets, measure return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content management.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content management, and team leadership.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing management systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms including Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and HubSpot.
• Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, specifically Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to monitor marketing performance and prepare comprehensive reports.
