Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is an IT outsourcing company that provides solutions to businesses. The company is seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join its client team on a full-time basis in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah.

Role Overview

The Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant will be responsible for leading and designing technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM. This role involves driving pre-sales activities and delivering HR digital transformation strategies tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and design technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Drive pre-sales activities related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Deliver HR digital transformation strategies customized to client needs.

Required Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Expertise: Deep domain knowledge across core and advanced HCM modules, including Global Human Resources (Core HR), Payroll, Talent Management & Recruiting (ORC), Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits.
• Integration & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Oracle tools such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL for integrations, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher for reporting.
• Cloud & Security: Strong knowledge of security architecture, custom role mapping, data privacy, and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Total Experience: 2 to 5+ years in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Experience: A minimum of 2 years focused specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Track Record: Proven record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
