Tamer Group is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing comprehensive payroll operations across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Role Purpose

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of end-to-end payroll operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting payroll governance, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvements, working closely with HR, Finance, and various business stakeholders throughout the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for the entire Group.
• Validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, overtime, and leave balances.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve any payroll-related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Manage payroll records, maintaining high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Support payroll audits and ensure all payroll documentation is audit-ready.
• Assist with payroll system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Provide payroll insights and analysis to support Total Rewards initiatives when required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in payroll operations or a similar financial administrative function.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to manage payroll operations effectively.
