About the Role

Siemens is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation Business unit. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on integrating digital power distribution and building infrastructure technologies to create intuitive, comfortable, safe, secure, and energy-efficient buildings.

Role Context and Contribution

As a Project Engineer, you will contribute to Siemens' Smart Infrastructure initiatives by connecting energy systems, buildings, and industries. This involves working with customers and partners to develop solutions that respond to people's needs, optimize resource use, and support sustainable development. You will be part of the Electrification & Automation team, supporting projects within the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform project planning tasks to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify project resources and assign tasks and responsibilities.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and control project progress, adjusting as necessary.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and the project team.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure project alignment and that deliverables meet required quality standards.
• Implement quality control processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of project execution, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
