The Role: Restaurant Supervisor

Blue Limits Group is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah Region. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.
Manage front-of-house teams.
Coordinate shift schedules and monitor staff performance to maintain service standards.
Support food and beverage quality control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address guest feedback in a timely, professional manner.
Train and coach team members.
Assist with inventory and ordering processes.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize service flow.
Report operational issues to management.
Maintain an active presence during operating hours, including weekends and holidays, to lead by example and foster a welcoming, efficient environment.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a related hospitality role.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Jeddah. The role requires an active presence during all operating hours, which includes working on weekends and holidays to ensure continuous service excellence and operational efficiency.
