Retail Training Specialist

About the Role

BinDawood Holding is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to deliver practical, high-impact training across its supermarket and hypermarket operations. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. The specialist will primarily work on the shop floor, focusing on coaching frontline employees, strengthening operational performance, and improving customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training, coaching, and micro-learning sessions to frontline retail employees.
• Conduct shop-floor observations, identify performance gaps, and provide immediate coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate training in English, Arabic, and Urdu to support a diverse workforce.
• Conduct practical onboarding and induction sessions for newly hired employees.
• Adapt existing training materials into short, practical learning activities and demonstrations.
• Support operational training across cashiering, customer service, food handling, hygiene, and store operations.
• Collaborate with store managers and department heads to identify training needs and improve employee performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail training or a similar hands-on role within supermarket or hypermarket environments.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily involving on-site work within retail store environments. The role requires travel between Jeddah and Makkah to support various store locations within the Makkah region.
